The library is there: http://libyahoo2.sourceforge.net/
It's v0.7.7 now, we should try to build the protocol add-on with the newer version.
The build notes should be moved into a more complete build document that exaplins how to build our code and all the dependencies.

Yahoo protocol builds with libyahoo2 0.7.7, also updated Getting_Dependencies wiki page.
