ZETA build fixes:
- use a working test to detect ZETA. OTH we could just test for $(OS) != HAIKU since plain BeOS isn't supported anymore probably,
- add paths to some needed headers,
- actually im_chat builds on ZETA too... for now.
- use the rdef for im_emoclient.

Yeah I know, I'm trying to quit, but mmlr doesn't want to fix the svn up crashes, so I can't make the switch yet :P
